Currently, for our client, one of the fastest growing airlines, we are looking for people for the position of:

Your tasks:

• handling incoming calls and email correspondence in English,
• providing information for passengers regarding flights schedules,
• handling outbound calls related to schedule changes or other airline issues,
• supporting passengers at every stage of their journey,
• supporting passengers with their special needs,
• handling the airline's customer complaints process.

Requirements:

• knowledge of the English language at B2 level or higher,
• availability for a minimum of 120h during the month, project is working 24/7,
• good communication skills,
• ability to work under the pressure and look for solutions,
• accuracy in performing assigned tasks.

Polish language skills welcome.
