YOUR TASKS:
- answering phone calls from customers,
- supporting customers via e-mails,
- giving information about flight schedule,
- informing passengers about flight changes,
- providing support to the passengers of special needs,
- answering the customers' inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- fluent knowledge of English (min. B2 levels),
- availability: 30 hours per week (working hours are 24/7),
- ability to work under time pressure,
- maintaining good relations with clients,
- communication skills, openness, accuracy.
