YOUR TASKS:
• answering phone calls from customers,
• supporting customers via e-mails,
• giving information about flight schedule,
• informing passengers about flight changes,
• providing support to the passengers of special needs,
• answering the customers' inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS:
• fluent knowledge of English (min. B2 levels),
• availability: 30 hours per week (working hours are 24/7),
• ability to work under time pressure,
• maintaining good relations with clients,
• communication skills, openness, accuracy.
