We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Operational Management Division to support the Situational Assessment and Crisis Management Sector with administrative and organizational tasks for our client, a leading European institution focused on border security and crisis management, operating in a dynamic, international environment. Zadania:
Create advanced multimedia presentations using MS Office toolsPrepare reports and statistical data (tables, graphs, charts)Collaborate with internal teams to gather informationAssist in developing promotional materials and ensuring consistency of communicationOrganize online and physical meetings, draft minutes as neededSupport the Head of Sector and team members with administrative proceduresWymagania:
Completed secondary educationMinimum 1 year of relevant professional experienceExcellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Very good command of English (minimum B2); knowledge of another EU language is an assetStrong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressureCreativity in visual storytelling and familiarity with design trendsAbility to work independently and in a teamOferujemy:
