Your daily responsibilities:
- Accounting documents assignment & working with various documents
- Updating files related to settlements
- Coordinating license fees
- Coordinating & making sure the document circulation is working properly
- Settling conference, integration & event budgets
- Keeping records of equipment & preparing equipment statements,
- Preparing documents and statements for audit purposes
- Preparing budget statements and analyses

- Willingness to acquire knowledge & develop in the accountancy area
- Ability to communicate in Polish at a native level
- Ability to communicate in English very well
