Admin Specialist - Global Mobility Services

We are currently looking to recruit an Admin Specialist to join our Global Mobility Services team based in Kraków.

What will you do:

• Electronic filing of PDF documents to correct e-folder structure (review documents, decide about content and save at relevant place)
• Independently prepare various regular reports (Excel basis)
• Pre-filter these reports based on certain logic to show areas that need action
• Arranging meetings with clients/KPMG network
• Uploading documents to share files sides
• Preparing presentations (ppt) and process map-outs
