Accounts Receivable Junior Specialist

We launched in mid-2015 and within a short period of time, we achieved a market leader position in the UK. Currently, we're expanding internationally and we'd love for you to grow with us! 

We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our Finance team. You'll have a chance to build your expertise in accounting and finance for Polish and foreign markets (UK, Australia, Ireland, Singapore).

• Effectively coordinating processes in accounts receivable area (processing invoices, timely collecting payments, bank and balance sheet reconciliations using Xero and our internal systems)
• Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of processes (e.g. supporting automation projects)
• Assisting with the preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT and annual reports 
• Being involved in additional projects to strengthen the team in achieving its strategic goals and objectives (e.g. conducting market researches)
• Providing support and operational information to our partners by phone and email
• Participating in ongoing opportunities to learn about industry trends, current financial legislation and company procedures

• Fluency both in Polish and in English (written and spoken)
• Nice to have: educational background and/or experience in the finance field
