Accounts Payable Accountant (payments team) - (GLO0000F9)

As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be joining the in-house corporate accounting department in one of the best engineering companies. You’ll work with a positive and dedicated team.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Processing Wire, Check and ACH Payments for various countries
• Manual payments entry in Oracle
• Responding to emergency payments in timely fashion
• Following global standardized procedures, practices and techniques
• Cooperating with procurement team and/or outside vendors to resolve routine questions or problems
• Performing testing and implementation of new system enhancements as needed
• Performing other tasks related to Accounts Payable area as needed.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economy 

• Previous work experience in AP accounting
• Experience with ERP systems - Oracle (preferred), SAP or similar
• Fluent written and spoken English
