What you'll get to do:
- Processing purchase invoices (posting, processing, and monitoring invoices)
- Processing travel and expense reports
- Archiving documents
- Supporting month-end closing process
- Financial reporting under precisely communicated deadlines
- Contribute to process standardization and improvements
- Collaborating with periodic team meetings
- Contribute to implementation of the new systems
What you should have:
- During studies (preferably Economics, Finance, Accounting or related)
- Fluency in English (at least B2)
- Good skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- 20 hour weekly availability
What we offer:
- Salary depending on presented skills: 24 - 28 PLN gross per hour (Contract of Mandate)
