University/Emerging Talent Campus Recruiter (Poland & Eastern Europe)

The University/Emerging Talent Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building and executing a solid talent attraction strategy plan with regional colleges and university faculty and staff. The primary objectives includes driving recruitment functions for open entry level roles, internship opportunities, and accelerated learning programs.

We're hiring University/Emerging Talent Campus Recruiter (Poland & Eastern Europe) to manage end-to-end, full cycle campus recruitment for undergraduate internships and early career roles across the EMEA region. Early career roles will primarily be digital and technical in scope. The role will:

• Develop and facilitate recruitment initiatives designed to increase candidate attraction. Build and leverage key university relationships to include career center partners, key faculty, and student organizations while employing a school agnostic strategy with an inclusive lens.
• Manage relationships with a high volume of internal stakeholders to include hiring managers, people business partners, business leads and various centers of excellence to effectively source, hire, place and retain early talent through onboarding.
• Leverage data to inform practice and recommendations with a focus on continuous improvement pertaining to candidate experience and selection processes.
• Represent and promote Concentrix as an employer of choice via social media marketing, conferences, panel discussions, virtual outreach, presentations, and information sessions
• Collaboratively partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver meaningful and productive experiences for interns; provide advisement to managers and business leads based on benchmarking and best practices.
• Track and provide quarterly reports to the leadership team on candidate pipelines and diversity metrics; proactively identify trends to strategically address gaps via programmatic interventions
