The main purpose of internship program is to provide the students an excellent opportunity to work and learn about our organization, our culture and how we do business on a day-to-day basis. During our fully paid 3-month internship program you will have a chance to get a first-hand experience in:
- IT Service Management –processes like: Incident or Problem Management
- End user technical support – Providing 1st level support to end users
- Access Management – Managing end user accounts (AD, Outlook)
- Working on tickets (Service Now Tool)
- Creation of Knowledge Database
Profile we look for:
- Well-rounded students in their last years of studies (3rd year and above) or graduates
- Majoring in IT or related fields
- Demonstrating interest and competency in IT Service Management
- With positive attitude towards challenge and changes
- With strong communication skills in English
