Student Internship - Procurement Master Data Team

Main Responsibilities:

• Create / update Outline Agreements
• Create / update Information Records items
• Invoice reconciliation
• Ensure data is correct / data cleansing actions
• Make sure activities are SOX compliant
• Participate in Long Term Supplier Declaration and Conflict Minerals project
• Demonstrate professional written communication skills, including accurate spelling and grammar in non-phone communications

The ideal candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

• Very good command of English
• Proactive approach to problem solving and self-starter
• Solid communication skills, with ability to handle multiple requests
• Highly organized and proven reliability
• Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office and email)
• Ability to work in multinational environment
• Technical learning – effectively applies technical knowledge and skill in a technical area and keeps informed about relevant cutting edge technology.

• Availability min 30h/week
