For our Global Service Desk Team we are seeking the following:
Service Desk Agent
Location: Bielany Wrocławskie
Your tasks:
- Coordination of IT quires (tickets) containing technical problems
- Ordering and dispatching orders relating to printers
- Troubleshooting with our customers
- Active communication with technicians
- Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
Our requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Willing to learn new skills – technical vocabulary and issues from the printing area
- Problem solving oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Open to gaining new knowledge and skills
- Previous experience in service desk/help desk or IT background would be an asset
