Finance Junior Specialist for AR with German

Finance Junior Specialist for AR with German

Responsibilities:

• Performing necessary activities within the Accounts Receivable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Processing Accounts Receivable transactions such as vendor invoices, with adjustment of advances, retentions, deductions, Cash-in-Time, account reconciliation and reporting
• Executing analysis and reports as assigned, and taking appropriate action as necessary
• Complying with and helping to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates
• Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation
• Ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• English and German on at least B2 level
• Ability to work in teams and with deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Customer service orientation
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Process orientation and attention to details
