For our Project Management Office Teamwe are seeking the following:

Dispatch Agent

Location: Bielany Wroclawskie

Your tasks:

  • Contacting customers via phone or e-mail: scheduling / rescheduling appointments, updating customers on issues and delays
  • Taking inbound calls from customers with queries
  • Coordinating the work of our engineers and project team
  • Proactive SLA tracking, monitoring correct timeliness and ticket flow
  • Closing incidents in the ticketing system
  • Maintaining positive relations with our key corporate customer

Our requirements:

  • Excellent English Skills (speaking & writing)
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Customer and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to learn new skills - technical vocabulary and issues from printing area
  • Ability to work on shifts (between 8 am and 18:30 pm)

would be an asset:

  • Previous experience in service desk/help desk or IT background
