For our Project Management Office Teamwe are seeking the following:
Dispatch Agent
Location: Bielany Wroclawskie
Your tasks:
- Contacting customers via phone or e-mail: scheduling / rescheduling appointments, updating customers on issues and delays
- Taking inbound calls from customers with queries
- Coordinating the work of our engineers and project team
- Proactive SLA tracking, monitoring correct timeliness and ticket flow
- Closing incidents in the ticketing system
- Maintaining positive relations with our key corporate customer
Our requirements:
- Excellent English Skills (speaking & writing)
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
- Customer and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously
- Willing to learn new skills - technical vocabulary and issues from printing area
- Ability to work on shifts (between 8 am and 18:30 pm)
would be an asset:
- Previous experience in service desk/help desk or IT background
