Data Management Analyst with Spanish

Job Description

Our PepsiCo team is currently looking for a Spanish-speaking Data Management Analyst based in Kraków.

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales agenda and is chiefly responsible for (but not limited to) extracting information and data from our sales reporting systems. This individual will be responsible for creating reports by channels, categories and customers; as well as maintaining the customers' database.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Order Management by collecting customer account information

Supporting Sales Channel Strategy by collecting historical data on monthly basis

Assisting with Customer Management by providing up-to-date Customer Master Data & Segment Customer database by channel and size

Aiding Trade Spend Planning & Monitoring: by collecting, summarizing, and standardizing trade promotion data

Supporting in store execution by managing repository of merchandising plans and tools

Analyzing customer invoice queries

In general managing and consolidating data from multiple sources and ability analyze them in accessible way is the key for this role

Ability to build strong, reliable relationship with business partners mainly with Key Account Managers in dedicated region/channel

Sharing knowledge and support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings

Qualifications/Requirements

For a candidate to succeed in this role, she or he will need:

Degree in Business / Commerce / or prev experience in Sales Department or in Sales Support Functions (2 years)

High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point)

Very good written and spoken English and Spanish

Can do attitude, able to work independently with minor supervision if required

Well organized, able to prioritize and handle competing priorities in order to deliver tight deadlines

Exceptional written and spoken communication skills

High proactivity and responsiveness

Advanced analytical skills and high attention to details

Able to draw conclusion from presented data
