Customer Support Specialist

Edrone is an Autonomous eCommerce Cloud, is the first eCRM designed for eCommerce. We provide advanced Marketing Automation solutions, based on our algorithms, that are easy to install (Plug'n'Play). Our goal is to help to understand customers behavior (Customer Intelligence) and engage them (Marketing Automation) with an all-in-one e-commerce marketing cloud.

We are looking for a Customet Support Specialist who will help us manage our clients and their inquires.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• contact with clients within BOK
• reporting and forwarding problems to the IT department
• verification of system operation correctness
• creating Marketing Automation scenarios / templates
• customer training
• regular newsletters sending
• customer accounts support
• tests of new functionalities
• 1: 1 meetings
• team brainstorms

SKILLS REQUIRED

• english min B2
• microsoft Office - advanced
• basics of marketing
• assertiveness
• ability to work under time pressure
• proactivity
