About the company

You will be working as a consultant on the client site who is an American multinational company specializing in IT tech. The brand is well-established on the international market and offers a great opportunity to gain new experience in your expertise.

Description of the role:

Provide support for two executives for their daily work in close co-operation with the Executive Assistant of EMEAR Services Sales. This includes setting up and re-scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms and catering, booking and managing travels and expenses as well supporting with excel and other reports, word documents and power point presentations. 


  • Excellent English spoken and written (C1) 
  • Good Microsoft Office tools skills 
  • Ability to work in changing situations without losing focus 
  • Passionate about admin work 
  • Reliable and trustworthy 

Nice to have:

  • Good prioritization skills 
  • Capability of managing multiple things 
  • Team worker 

What systems/technology is used:

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as travel and expense applications SAP Concur.
